Incandescent bulbs or LED bulbs?
The end of incandescent bulbs
As you may know or have read about Led-MAG in the article advocating the disappearance of incandescent bulbs , we are witnessing, in recent years, the phasing out of incandescent bulbs and halogen disrespectful of the environment for Low consumption light bulbs and especially LEDs.
Incandescent bulbs replaced by LED bulbs
LED technology evolves and has a number of advantages compared to incandescent or halogen (these benefits are explained on our website LED-Flash in the section Why buy LED )
-Unbeatable energy saving (an LED bulb with a power of 5W is enough to replace your old 50W bulbs)
-A light bulb that is ecological and safe (it does not heat and remains warm, no risk to the eyes)
-An instantaneous ignition
-Different lighting colors
-A lifespan of up to 50000 hours
-Excellent color rendering
We often hear two criticisms against LEDs: the size and color of lighting. Here is the answer that did not wait for the actors LEDs…
On the one hand, at the “Light + Building 2014” trade fair in Frankfurt, an LED manufacturer has exhibited its new range, which has the same dimensions as conventional incandescent bulbs. These new bulbs will thus be able to adapt perfectly to all the luminaries formerly equipped by incandescent lamps classical.
On the other hand, we often hear that LEDs have a whiter color than traditional bulbs. However, recent technological advances in LEDs make it possible to obtain colors of illumination identical to those of conventional incandescent bulbs. Lucibel Retail (Homelights) recently released a range of latest products such as LED GU10 3W (eq. 25W), the LED GU10 3W candle (eq. 25W) or the LED GU10 3W twisted (eq. 25W). As the photo shows, the light generated by these new LED bulbs is very similar or even identical to that of traditional incandescent bulbs.
We have therefore demonstrated that the LED has only advantages over conventional light bulbs, whether incandescent or halogen. So do not think, you avoid blisters brain and have the nerve (either GU10 or GU5.3) to pass the LED with LED-flash.
